To commemorate the success of the NAB Cup Grand Final, the Western Bulldogs have joined forces with Mornington MP with the donation of two Western Bulldogs “Community Year of the Bulldogs Memberships” for members of the community.
Local residents Hayden Wilson and Brody Dockrey from BentonJunior College are the lucky recipients of the community memberships.
This is an initiative of the Western Bulldogs in partnership with Mr Morris in an effort to help those in the community who may not have been touched by football who will now have a full year’s membership to the Bulldogs to attend all home games.
Hayden and Brody were chosen as they are keen Bulldog supporters. They are both very excited about being given the opportunity to see their team playing live and to be amongst the crowd of likeminded followers.
“The Bulldogs run a number of community programs throughout the west that have a positive impact on the lives of many. The donation of these community memberships provides the opportunity for two people from our local area, to embrace the great game of Aussie Rules and the exciting game of the bulldogs” Mr Morris said.
David presented Hayden and Brody with their Community Year of the Bulldogs membership on Monday June 7 in front some of their Year 6 friends at Benton Junior College.
