Mr MORRIS — On another matter, commuters on the Frankston line continue to suffer one of the worst performing services in the state, with a further decline in the month of February.
One in four services failed to meet the already low benchmark of running within 5 minutes of the advertised time. The chance of a train on this line running at all remains one of the lowest in the state.
Minister Pakula, the Minister for Public Transport, needs to get out of his comfortable office, get on a Frankston line train and find out what is happening in the real world.
