Mr MORRIS — On another matter, recently I had the pleasure of attending the Mornington Peninsula Schools Environment Week held at The Briars historic property at MountMartha. When originally established, the event included all primary schools in the former Mornington shire.
It has grown to encompass the entire Mornington Peninsula, and provides a great opportunity to make sure that the next generation has a practical understanding of caring for our environment, and that each and every one of us has not only the opportunity but also the responsibility to care for the world around us.
