On Thursday the report of the committee appointed to consider the development was released and the Planning Minister indicated he had accepted their recommendation that planning approval should not be granted.

The Liberal Nationals will fast track Presumptive Rights legislation by introducing a Private Members Bill to ensure all career and volunteer firefighters will have equal access to cancer compensation.
